Good Day For The NeoHollywood Striver

Tuesday, I had the privilege to work on another music video. This one was for the soundtrack to the movie, Snakes On A Plane. Don't know if you've heard of it, but it is getting a lot of Buzz simply because of the name. The shoot was a real resume' builder as my name was on the call sheet with Samuel Jackson. As you can see, I was there for a bit longer. Mr. Jackson simply was able to drive in, do his part, and leave. I had to do a little more waiting. But I got to 'wand' the lead singer with the metal detector as he went through the airport security line. I actually search him over and over while he sings a verse and some of the chorus.
On the same day, my name appeared for the first time in the Hollywood Reporter. I have been cast in the movie, The Camel's Back. Production begins in a couple weeks. This has been a real good experience as I have been there for script readings and a re-write. I am supposed to have some more lines written in for my character. We will see. the director is very accommodating and is pleasant to work with. he has even given us gas money at the readings as well as the audition. I will update on the movie as it progresses.
I also have a contract to sign with an agent. I am going to pitch some ideas to a television producer as well. Let's just get as many iron's in the foot light as possible. Speaking of irons. I am meeting with a cable show about getting organized. They might do an episode helping me do just that. I hope I don't lose thae address to the place.
