I was cooking brocolli recently and I asked if anyone wanted some. Joelle was in character, playing the part of a baby as Evelyn was playing Mommy. Joelle said, (in baby voice) "I can't say 'brocolli'. Broc... Broc... Corn Syrup!"
Today, we were talking about her impending birthday. She will be three. She said, "Oh my gosh! Three? I'm so old!"
